June Addendum- an Update from the Club President!

We’re entering the Dog Days of Summer, and, yes, things are slowing down. However, we still have enough to keep us on our toes.

But first, “Welcome” to our new members, Veronica, Katie and Simon. They bring lots of photography experience and talent. Be sure to introduce yourself to them.
Here’s what’s coming up soon:

SATURDAY, JUNE 28, 11 AM.

It’s just under a 1 hour ride on 417 and I-4. Let’s meet at the St. Luke’s parking lot by 9:45 and car pool.  Maybe lunch afterward. There are over 150 planes in this giant hangar.  Cool stuff. We’ll get a head count later to see who’s going.

JUNE 30th is
FIFTH MONDAY DINNER!

It’s my desire to go to local restaurants that offer a comfortable, relatively quiet surroundings to get together.  Poblano’s has been highly recommended by several friends.

Let’s meet there at 6 PM.  The reservations have already been made, so put on your sombreros and mantillas and fiesta!

No, the fireworks are not going to be inside. But that might be pretty exciting.  I’ll let Terri Martini know we’ll be there. Maybe we can get a table to put out some promo.
