February Meeting – Monday, Feb 9, 6 PM @ St. Luke’s.

February should be an exciting month – and NO SNOW (probably). Lots of photo opportunities. You may not be able to make it to all of them, but hopefully at least one. Here’s what we’re looking at:

1. WHEN: Saturday, February 7 at 5 PM. WHAT: West Volusia County Saddle Club Speed Trials. WHERE: 321 Pleasant St, Lake Helen, FL

2. WHEN: Friday, Feb 13 at 7 AM to 10 AM. WHAT: Sham Rock n Run 5K. WHERE: St. Luke’s Lutheran Church. Please let me know if you will be there.

3 WHEN: Saturday, Feb 21 at 7 PM. WHAT: Orlando Symphony Concert. WHERE: St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, in the Sanctuary.

4 WHEN: Friday, Feb 27 at 5 PM. WHAT: Car Show (Part of Movie Night, showing “Cars”). WHERE: Center Lake Park. Please let me know if you will be there.

5 WHEN: Saturday, Feb 28 time to be determined. WHAT: FIELD TRIP: Brevard County Zoo. WHERE: 8225 N Wickham Rd, Melbourne, FL 32940. Please let me know if you will be there. Let’s make this field trip a Special Event!

6 WHEN: Saturday, Feb 28 WHAT: Rare Planetary Alignment: How to See Six Planets After Sunset  This opportunity will not come along again for years! John Kumiski will research the best place to see this in central Florida.
