The following notes came from Tom Willoughby-
The organizational time is over we’re ready for less business and more learning & fun.
I believe that OPC should embrace three motivations – not necessarily in this order: 1. Learning, 2. Fun, and 3. Service.
We provide Service to the community by offering our talents to record civic events. It’s the other two that are the challenges: Fun and Learning.
We need your help. We each have different learning levels and goals and we enjoy different activities. When we come to meetings or go on field trips, we are investing time, hoping for rewards of fun and learning. OPC needs to fulfill our members’ desires.
Therefore, at our January meeting, we will devote a few minutes to share YOUR ideas on Field Trips and Programs. Please be prepared.
